I offer various private and group yoga, fitness and health coaching sessions at fitness clubs throughout Cary and Raleigh, NC.  These various locations include: Northwest Cary YMCA, Town of Cary, Amberly private fitness club and Carolina Preserve private fitness club.

Over 50 Individuals attended the April 18th Outdoor Yoga session with Live String Quartet Performance by the Philharmonic Association at Bond Park 801 High House Road, Cary, NC as part of the Cary April Fit Month Initiative
